The Yoga Class

Our yoga class focuses on mobility, flexibility, balance and strength, moving through controlled movements at a slower pace. Each pose is held for the length of several breaths before smoothly transitioning into the next posture. With this method, we create greater depth and focus in each pose, allowing us to fully exploit the physical benefits of the posture while simultaneously cultivating a quiet calmness that we can carry with us throughout the day. Wake up your body and mind with clarity, focus and confidence.
