MS Brisen
Designed exclusively for Oslo, MS Brisen is a 100% electric vessel that operates all year round. Brisen is a 25,3m catamaran providing tourists and travellers a zero-emission sailing experience. With a passenger capacity of 149 pax, the vessel is a purpose built design optimised for sightseeing and private events. This is our first vessel built in carbon fibre.
Ms Bard
Sailing in the wake of MS Brisen, Bard can accommodate up to 149 passengers and features the iconic exterior design that has become a hallmark of Brim Explorer. MS Bard boasts notable modifications in its hull design compared to MS Brisen. The most significant change is the transition from a straight bow to an inclined one, a design choice aimed at enhancing the vessel's sea-keeping capabilities.
What truly sets the MS Bard apart from other designs is its groundbreaking propulsion system. Powered by state-of-the-art 350kW high-torque electric engines from Brim Tech, and coupled with 1700mm FP propellers, this system operates seamlessly without the need for a traditional reduction gearbox.
