The After Work(out) Cruise is a 60 minutes Group-Class activity consisting of a 30-minute full-body workout routine with strength- and high-intensity elements followed by a 30-minute Cool-Down including stretching and mobility parts.

After Work

This class has the dual benefits of being both energising and calming. In the main part, we move through a full-body routine, including strengthening elements as well as high-intensity parts with the purpose of improving the (muscle-)endurance. The cool-down afterwards, including stretching and mobility elements, takes care of lowering the heart rate again, releasing the tension from the muscles and generally bringing back the body in balance.

The After-Work(out) Cruise does not require a certain fitness level or training experience. The Class with its exercises can be individually modified to meet your personal level.
